Feedback only helps when people feel safe giving and receiving it. These are our commitments.
Private by default
New profiles are private and can't be found in search. Your profile link only works once you turn on link sharing.
Discovery is opt-in
You only appear in member search if you explicitly choose to. We never let anyone search by email or phone number, and we don't reveal whether someone has an account.
Honest anonymity
When feedback is identity-hidden, the recipient never sees who sent it, and we don't show details that could identify you. No system can guarantee absolute anonymity — for example, the content of a message may reveal who wrote it.
Moderation and limits
Every submission is checked. Threats, harassment, hate and personal details are held back before they reach anyone. Rate limits and bot checks reduce spam and repeated targeting.
No public scores
There are no ratings, rankings or public reviews of people. Feedback is never published unless the recipient explicitly chooses to.
No manipulative notifications
We'll never show fake pending-feedback counts or curiosity bait. We don't send unsolicited text messages.
Your data, exportable
Download everything you've received and created from Settings at any time.
Delete means delete
Deleting your account removes your profile, interactions, received feedback and reflections.
What we store
Your account email, the profile details you enter, interactions you create, feedback you receive, and your private reflections. For guest feedback we don't ask for a name or email. To prevent abuse we keep a one-way scrambled fingerprint of the sender's network address for 30 days — never the address itself.
